Questions to Ask Yourself
How can you be sure no problems exist? Only a licensed professional surveyor can tell you. We ask the following question in preparation for your boundary surveys to locate potential problems before you begin development.
• Is your driveway on your property?
• Is your property free and clear of encroachments?
• Are you aware of any easements on your property?
• Does anything on your property violate any such easements or restrictions?
• Is your property, by description, a closed figure?
• Is your house or property within a flood zone?
• Is part of your building, driveway, patio, etc., over the property line?
